This Privacy Notice is issued in accordance with provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, under the following terms:

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Privacy Notice is to inform our clients about the handling of any personal information provided.

DEFINITIONS

Petitioner and/or client: An individual and/or legal entity that provides personal data due to their interest in executing a legal action over a real property.

PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW, located at Calle Ramón Corona 11 A, Ajijic Centro, Jalisco, is responsible for the treatment of all personal information provided by you. Such information will be strictly confidential and will be used solely and exclusively for the services of collection, inquiry, investigation and analysis of personal, labor, legal and financial information of individuals or legal entities to provide advice on activities in any area related to or derived from trade, leasing or subleasing of real estate.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW, may collect the following information from each of its clients and treat it as it deems appropriate. The personal data that we may collect from clients is, in a declaratory but not limited manner: Full name, home and office address, e-mail, age, date of birth, sex, marital status, nationality, personal and office phone, occupation, proof of current income, copy of real estate deeds, copy of no-debt certificates and copy of real property tax payment receipts, copy of tax returns, spouse's name, children’s name and year of birth, taxpayer id (RFC), education and degrees obtained, letter or proof of your current professional practice specifying whether you are self-employed or work for a company and the position you hold in it; state if you are a partner of the company for which you work and what is your percentage, the company’s RFC, your credit and lawsuit history, work history for the last three jobs, information requested through our web portals such as name, mail, address and/or contact number.

POLICY REGARDING SENSITIVE DATA

Personal information will be treated only for the necessary time in order to fulfill the purposes described and in accordance with provisions of the applicable laws. JUSTICIA ALTERNATIVA, by policy, does not request any information that under the Law is understood as sensitive data, such as: religion, sexual preferences and political opinions, among others. In case you provide sensitive data, FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW will treat and safeguard them in terms of the Law.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The purpose of the data we collect is to provide the services of collection, inquiry, investigation, and analysis of personal, labor, legal and financial information of individuals or legal entities for advice on activities in any area related to or derived from trade, leasing or subleasing of real estate. All documentation you provide

states and confirm that you have the express consent of those persons of whom you also provide personal information.

EXCEPTIONS

It should be noted that in accordance with the Law there are cases in which your consent is not necessary for processing of your personal data, and therefore the absence of consent or its refusal (as applicable) does not prevent or will not prevent FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW from treating your personal data in terms of the Law and other applicable regulations.

SAFETY OF PERSONAL DATA

FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW will implement the necessary security, control, administrative, technical and physical measures to protect all personal information in order to avoid any damage, loss, alteration, destruction or misuse.

OPTIONS AND MEANS OFFERED BY JUSTICIA ALTERNATIVA TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Clients’ personal data will be treated under the strictest confidentiality, watching over the administrative, physical and technical security measures that the FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW implements in its internal security policies and procedures, thus avoiding the possible illicit disclosure of data and limiting its use to what is herein established.

RIGHTS OF THE CLIENT

At any time you or your duly accredited legal representative, may exercise the rights of Access and Correction when you consider that the data are erroneous or inaccurate, or the right of Cancellation in case you consider the data are not treated properly, and Opposition in case you do not want your data to be processed for specific purposes. To exercise your above-mentioned rights (known as ARCO rights), you must submit your request at our address: Calle Ramón Corona 11 A, Ajijic Centro, Jalisco, or send it to our Personal Data Department at contacto@justiciaalternativa.mx, attention to the Data Protection Department. You may make requests for Access, Correction, Cancellation and/or Opposition of data, by written communication.

DATA TRANSFER

Your personal data may be transferred to national or foreign third parties in case it is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations contracted by reason of the legal relationship with FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW under the terms of section VII of article 37 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals. It is important to inform you that any third party that receives your personal data as a result of transfers made by FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW, will have the same obligations and responsibilities as we do, as the party responsible for your data, and that this Privacy Notice will be communicated to such third party.

FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Notice at any time deemed convenient or necessary to comply with the legislation on data protection, such changes (as applicable) will be made known to you in a timely manner.

CONSENT OF THE CLIENT

The Client states that this Notice has been made known to him/her by FELIPE GONZÁLEZ ATTORNEY AT LAW and that s/he has read and understood it, and agreed to its terms, therefore s/he consents to the processing of his/her personal data.
